Surface treatment
To protect LPG cylinders from corrosion and enhance their appearance, we employ advanced surface treatment techniques. The cylinders undergo thorough cleaning, shot blasting & zinc coating processes, followed by high-quality liquid paint coating, providing excellent resistance to external elements.
Hydrostatic pressure testing
The physical condition of LP Gas cylinders can deteriorate with poor handling, use of inappropriate distribution equipment, and continued use and exposure to the elements. Regular maintenance, repair and requalification are necessary to ensure that they remain fit for service.
Repair and replacement
Rough handling of cylinders may result in damaged shrouds or foot rings. This damage not only affects the cylinders' appearance negatively, but can become problematic during the filling process. Our cold solutions for repair of cylinder shrouds and foot rings offer a fast, safe, and precise method to maintain cylinder appearance and safety. Other worn accessories can also be replaced in the process
Scrapping
Cylinders that are identified as being outside the rejection limits or beyond the economic cost of repair compared to the price of new cylinders are processed for scrap.
